Subject: <\/span>Concerns about the major project reform proposals and Bill C-5<\/p>\n Dear Prime Minister,<\/p>\n I am writing as a member of the public to share my deep concerns about the major project reform proposals in Bill C-5. I understand the government wants to speed up approvals for major projects, but I am worried these changes will have far-reaching impacts on our water and ecosystems, reduce accountability, and undermine Treaty and inherent rights of Indigenous Peoples.<\/p>\n My main concerns are:<\/strong><\/p>\n These are important changes that will impact people for generations and I believe they should be considered much more carefully, with First Nations consent and strong public accountability.<\/p>\n We cannot undo what we put into our waters and lands.
