For more than a decade it has <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW168053002 BCX8\">been criticized internationally for its<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW168053002 BCX8\"> <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW168053002 BCX8\">lack of action to address Indigenous concerns. For any Bill in progress, such as Bill C-61 (which has not yet been passed) will be halted, referred to as \u201cdying on the Order Paper\u201d.
